15th. 1937. and recorded in the
Office of the Register of Deeds for
Cherokee County, in Deed Book
No. 119 at page 484. That said wall
and wall right are now owned in
connection with said lot by the
tennants in common in the same
way said lot is now owned.
That the Second story to a brick
building upon said lot will not be
sold and is excepted from said sale
A deposit of five per cent of the
bid will be required of the suc
cessful bidder, otherwise the prop
erty will be immediately resold at
the same time and place. Said
sale will have to be reported to the
Court for confirmation.
