? ? ....
Cr.e.t v.v reo'.rd and vo j wil. see how earnest.v and sincerelv

a,, of n- Nit bound by political intrigues nor pressure from amy
sou roe I fee. that I am in the best position to give fair representa
tfvr. to the peo?p.e of Cherokee County, When I announced my Can
dida ty in trie Primary. I gave son e of the things I believe in and
want the Countv to have:
1. No sale of any intoxicating beverage. I helped in out
lawing the sale of beer and wine in the Comity, and I
helped to lceep it from returning to Murphy.
2. Better schools in the County. Having tanght school for
more than five years in Minphy and Andrews, I will
stand on my own merits here.
3. Conservation and development of oo Natural Re
4. Proaperity of the Fanner. We are a rural County, and
The voters must decide who their Representative will be. 1 be
lieve in a factual report; in careful consideration of each eartth

all of Its people and have proved it over the period of years that I
have lived here. Having the utmost confidence in my friends, I am
not afraid of the Primary decision.
Year active interest in the eaapaign on ay behalf
