Mauney and the late Mr. Mauney. He was educated in ' Murphy schools and at the Uni versity of Georgia. I A veteran of World War II, Mr. ' Mauney Is a past president of the ? Raleigh Chapter of the American ! Business Club. At present he is lieutenant governor of the Sec ond District of the American Bus iness Club. He is a member of the Metho dist Church and Is cashier of the State Treasurery Department.
