He visited the school Friday with treats for all the children at a party planned by the PTA. (Scout Photo) school r arty Features Treats Santa Claus visited grammar grades pupils at Murphy School Friday morning with a pre Christmas treat for each one. The party was given by the PTA, with Mrs. Clair Olson, su pervisor, In charge of scheduling. Ail grades visited the small audi torium in shifts between the hours of 10 and 11 a. m and sang songs and received their treats. The auditorium was decorated with holly, a chimney with stock ings and a lighted Christmas tree. Kenneth Pool To Play Organ Program Here Kenneth Pool, professor of or gan at the Baptist Theological Seminary's School of Music, Louisville, Ky., will play a brief concert of Christytas orgah music Wednesday at 7:30 p. m. at the First Baptist Church. Mr. Pool received his B. A. de gree in music from Furman Uni versity and his Master of Music degree from the University of Michigan. In addition to being professor of organ at the music school he is also organist for the seminary and is organist and choir director at Highland Presbyterian Church, Louisville. Mr. Pool Is the son of Mrs Frank K. Pool and the late Dr. Pool of Greenville, S. C., and is the brother of Mrs. William V. Costcllo of Murphy.
