Sgt. J. L. Hall Jr., whose wife,
Patricia, lives on Route 1, Fort
Smith, Ark., recently arrived in
Korea sod is now serving with the
2nd Infantry Division.
The 2nd Division captured
"Heartbreak Ridge" in October
1951 and took "Old Baldy" last
July.
Sgt. Hall, who joined the 2nd as
an administrative specialist, was
stationed at Prescott, Ariz., as a
recruiting sergeant before trans
ferring overseas.
He is a veteran of four years of
duty in Europe during World War
