Saturday after a long Illness. He was a native of Washington State and had resided in Cherokee County for a number of years. He was a retired employe of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company. He was married. In 1926 to Miss Cora Gibby who died in 1937. He was a native of Swain County, the son of the late Elisha and Ba sha Stephens Kiipatrick and mov ed to Andrews in 1915.
