Monday May 10 at his home in the Sweet water section of Clay County after a long illness. Funeral service^ were held at 3 p. m. Tuesday in Sweetwater Methodist Church of which he was a member. The pastor, the llev. John K Miller officiated and bur ial was in the church cemetery vith Masonic rites, at the grave. He had been a member of the Masonic Lodge for mare than 50 rears.
