on "Flower Arranging" to be held |
on Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 34 at
the of Mrs. Giles W. Cover.
The tea hour Is from 3 :30 to 4 :30
p. m. and the demonstration on
"Flower Arranging" will be pre
sented at 4:30 by Mrs. A. L. Hol
ton of Big Stone Gap, Va.
Invitations have been issued to
garden cluba in the neighboring
towns.
Americans consume about three

eon and bridge party at the Regal
Hotel Friday.
Bridge was played at 13 tables
and there were 10 additional lunch
eon guests.

guests called during the evening.

G. W. Hayes family was held Sun
day, Aug. 14, at the old Hayes
home place at Tomotla.
The picnic lunch was enjoyed
by some 75 members of the fam
ily who attended.
