Jack Burrls, head of the lo cal employment office said this week. j i The four were: Robert J. Mason 1 of Topton, found guilty of knowing- 1 | ly withholding a material fact to j obtain unemployment Insurance ( benefits without being entitled ' thereto. I I | Mason was oharped $20 fine and ' suspended on payment of court costs of $9.50 and to refund the ESC the sum of $96. He will not be entitled to receive any benefits with respect to weeks of unemploy ment during the remainder of the year on and after Sept. 29, 1954 | Tom Marshall Davis. Hayesville. I found guilty of knowingly making | a false statement to obtain veterans | I unemployment insurance benefits j without being entitled thereto. 1 i Fined $20, suspended on payment | of court costs of *6.85. Not entit- 1 led to receive any benefits for , weeks of unemployment for one j year from June 16, 1955. Charles Lee Crawford, Andrews, found guilty of knowingly making a false statement to obtain Veter ans unemployment compensation benefits without being entitled thereto. Not entitled to receive any benefits for weeks of unem ployment during the remainder of the year since Nov. 3, 1954. Pay [ court costs and repay the ESC mon ' ey wrongfully drawn in the amount | of $173. James T. Woods, Aquone, found guilty of knowingly withholding a material fact to obtain unemploy ment insurance benefits without being entitled thereto. Charged $20 court costs of $9.50 .and refund fine, suspended on payment to ESC all benefits received during period of ineligibility. Not entitled , to receive any benefit for weeks of | unemployment during the remaind er of year after Feb. 23, 1955. BRA88TOWN REVIVAL A series of revival services will start Sunday.
