TEEN SCENE ?l letty Wemver HAPPY im TODAY After the baaketball game Janu ary 22, Jim Hendrix was honored with a surprise birthday party. The B*rty w*s ^ld at John Mor mis' home. There were around 35 guests. Ice cream and delicious cake which Mrs. Hendrix had made, were served with soft drinks. Everyone had a wonderful time. SCHOOL JACKETS Many of the football players are wearing new jackets now. They are black wool with white leath er shoulder pate ha, and yellow stripes on cuffs and ribbing. The old style Jackets didn't have the leather patches but had yellow stripes on each sleeve. The new jackets are the latest things and the boys are very proud of them. HONOR ROLLS This grading period each student had a six weeks grade and * mid term grade In each subject so there are two honor rolls, one for six weeks and one for midterm grades. ALPHA Seniors ? C., recently participated with the 11th Airborne Division in "War Hawk", a field training exercise in Germany. Assigned to Headquarters Bat tery of the division's 675th Field the Army in May 1966 and was the Army in May 1955 and was stationed at Fort Jackson, S. C., before arriving in Europe.
