Seay and Mr. and Mrs Loy Seay in Tate, Ga. She was ac companied homo by the Seays who remained for a few days visit with Mrs. Lay Seay'* parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Battle Sr. Mr. and Mrs. Galuaha Pullium are spending this week in Flowery Branch, Ga. with Mrs. Pullium 'a parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clark. William Brenner, David Ketner, James Brossman and their pilot and co-pilot of Reading, Pa. spent several days of last week at the Berkshire Knitting Mills on official business. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Peters and daughter Christy have return ed to Winston-Salem after a visit here with th? Harold Christys'. Miss Gladys Christy, Mrs. Bruce Bristol, Mrs. O. A. Reschke and Miss Ada Cornwell of Hartsville, Tenn. left Monday for a weeks mo tor tour to points on the Coast of the state. Grady Reid were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Loy Seay at their home in Tate, Ga. last Fri day. Mrs. Tom Day, worthy matron of the Andrews Chapter No. 19 Order of the Easter Star and Mr. and Mr.s Gordon Butler left Sunday for Wilmington where they will attend the three days meeting of the Grand Chapter of the OES of North Carolina. Rev. and Mrs. E. D. Wltherspoon will accompany a group of youths of the Senior Youth Fellowship group of the Presbyterian church to Asheville Monday where they will attend the showing of the pic ture "The Ten Commandments", members of the adult group also plan to attend the film. Mrs. Edwin Bristol left Monday morning for Bristol, Va. where she will attend a Synodical meet ing of the Women of the Presby terian church being in sessions this week at King College. She will be joined by her sister, Mrs. Joseph Stone in Aaheville who win also at tend the Synodical. Zeb Conley, Jr., of Atlanta, Ga. spent hte weekend with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Zeb Conley, Sr. Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Dewar left Tuesday for Jamestown, Va. where they will attend the three hundred and fiftieth Anniversary. They were accompanied on the trip by their daughter, Mrs. Paul Boring and her son Paul Boring Jr. of Canton, Ga., also their granddugh ter Marion Dewar of DeDcatur, Ga. They plan to be away for a week. Enroute they will have an over nights stay with relatives in Lyn chburg, Va. Other stops include Williamsburg, Richmond, and Roa noke. Rev. and Mrs. Lawrence Smith left Monday for points in Indiana where they will visit relatives. Rev. Smith is pastor of the Free Methodist church. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Matheson and Mrs. Wayne Ladd have return ed from Newnan, Ga. where they accompanied Linda Lunsford and George Bryson to the Free Meth odist Youth Camp for a week's stay. Miss Pat Derreberry student at Watts Nursing School Durham has arrived for a month's vacation here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Derreberry. Mrs. Laura Constant has return ed to her home in Enka after a visit here with her brother Mr. W. A. Hyde and Mrs. Hyde. Miss Hildred Heaton has arrived in Glenhaven Germany for a visit with her sister, Miss Betty Heaton, who is with Civi 1 Service. En rout Miss Heaton spent several days in England.
