Mr. Hyatt was a member ot: the Methodist Church and at the time of his death was treasurer of the Sunday School. Mr. Hyatt was an accountant I and was a bookkeeper for sev eral local concerns. He aUo served one term as Clerk ot Court. Surviving are the wife, Carrie Woffard Hyatt of the home; a son, Charles H. of Murphy: one granddaughter. Mary Linda Hyatt of Murphy: one sister.
