The Merchants Association at our last regular board meeting stressed the urgency of the strict enforcement of our parking or-1 dinancea. The board has ordered strict enforcement of the parking regu lations To avoid the embarrass ment of being brought into Court as a habitual violator of the park ing ordinances we solicit your co-l operation. Any per son who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance, or who shall counsel, aid or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of an of fense and shall be punished by a [ine of not to exceed $50.00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 30 days.
