Howdy Folks and welcome
to the corner. You know I
mentioned a coupla weeks
back about beleaving sprang
had come? An then we had
several more days of ole Jack,
anyhow this fickleness of the
weather caused me to Ketch a
pretty bad cold. I had tuck
my long handles off too soon.
Now the only concession I'm
making to this sprang weather
is I've rolled my long handles
if* a little. I alius dreads
spring anyhow. You, see 1
like to fish, an rite when 1
oughta be a fishing the dog
gone garden is a weighing
heavy on my conscience?an
If I tend to either one, then
the othern 1 gotta neglect, an
It usually winds iq> that 1 stay

Talking about that ole gar
den; It sure looks like a losing
t- proposition. Its sorta like a
friend of mine said: all
these new bug remedies did'nt
r even seem to give them bugs
[ indigestion. Said they's a bug
a settln on top of ever clod Just
a waiting for the stuff to come
if>. I give him the only sure
remedy I know for em- two
brick bats. I aint heard if he
tried It out yet. I's thinking
the other day of a plan that
i might solve my bug in the
garden this year I could
starve all my bugs to death.
) I's discussin my plan with a
i neighbor an he never took to
the idee much. Said If I's
i to do that all my bugs'dcome
an eat his, up an next year he'd
not plant none an he's git even
with me. So I decided aginst
this plan and I'll feed my bugs
as usual;
