4 slices beef liver
Vi pound Italian Sweet
sausage links, cut into
Vi-inch slices
salad oil
y* c catchup
2 T dry sherry
2 T Worcestershire
1 large onion, chopped
I medium green pep
per, chopped
Combine flour, seasoned
salt and pepper; coat liver. In
Dutch oven over low heat,
saute sausage slices until
browned, about 15 minutes;
remove and set aside. To
drippings, add 1 tablespoon
oil, if needed, then add livet
and brown on both sides, j|

over meat. Add sausage
