The following is an excerpt from a workshop by Michael HOWTOBAUYEB OF LIFE There are many thing* that determine the quality at one'a life. Theae include loving, laughing, and, of couise, living If a person's ove la not adequate, then he haa not lived. The world is in so much turmoil today that more peo ple need to exercise the feeling at love. It is a very strong, and special feeling. It is a quality every human being should possess. The second quality is lau ghing. You must learn to laugh at yourself before you can laugh at others. Laughing is good for the mind and the soul. Some people find it difficult to laugh, with others, touched by the hand of laughter, enjoy it. Last, in order to be a liver of life, vou must learn to live. If a person has lived one hundred years and can't look back on their life and say, "I've enjoyed my life, and I've accomplished every goal 1 had set for myself," then he has not lived. _ Live every day as if it's your iMt Bay. Make every day count. When you Join thoae word* together, they ate all the BASICS of life. You cannot low, laugh or Hve, then you your Me will be incomplete. * Comments: This workshop was designated as the most dynamic, stimulating, epjoy able and thought provoking of then all by the workshop participants.
