District #4 Kiwanians meet C.A. Dillon, Jr. of Raleigh, Governor of the Carolina District Kiwanis Clubs, was the Speaker at the meeting of District #4 Kiwanians hosted by the Laurinburg Club at St. Andrews College on Saturday evening, April 17. He also spoke concerning the three facets of Kiwanis concerns. First is the Division- of our 18 clubs, Fayetteville is the oldest club, formed in 1920. The Sand Hills Club is 2nd in *Re and Raeford is 3rd. Fayetteville is also the Club' with the largest membership. The youngest Club in the District is Spring Lake.
