Said Ms. Lyn neettah Jacobs, Day Care Program Director, "Success is the aftermath of hard work and persevere nee in any en deavor. Community persons with a desire to see growth and positive results helped make Tudor's Court Day Care Center a reality and the success it is today." A number of the community people Ms. Jacobs was refer ring to were honored October 22 with a luncheon prepared by the center staff. Those honored were Mr. Herbie Oxendine, President of the Car Company and a member of die Lumberton City School Board; Mr. Horace Hunt, Vo cation*] Rehabilitation Con sultant; Ms. Judy Cane, of the Lumberton Housing Authori ty; and Mr. Glenn Maynor, ;J| Executive Director of the Robeson County Housing Au thority. Ms. Jacobs extended com ments to the guests on behalf of Mr. Kenneth R. Maynor, Executive Director of LRDA who was unable to attend and Ms. Annie Jones, Center Director personally thanked each guest for attending. Tudor's Court Day Care Center provides developmen tal curriculum geared to the child's age level as well as providing various support services. The children are also provided a breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack regard less of race, creed, color or national origin.
