ages 7-16 years of age who live
within the developments of the
Pembroke Housing A uthority The
Counselor will use established

as prevention activities to provide
troubled youth counseling to
improve their effectiveness in
school and family relationships.
Essential Duties and Task
-Plan, develop, supervise, and
counsel at-risk youth referred to
the ExpoGro program by the public
schools police departmcnt. courts,
or concerned citizens.
-Promote program through
news releases, flyers, school visits,
scheduled meetings with key
personnel, and home visits
-Prepare reports as required by
the Division of Youth Services.
-Maintain and Document
progress records and CBA client
tracking forms on each program
participant. .
-Submit monthly report to the
Executiv e Director for'program
^evaluation.
-Conduct home \ isits in order
to document family goals as set
forth in treatment plan
-Performs other tasks as
