Locklear South Pembroke Mr. Locklear is married to Molly O. Locklear., They have two children, Brooke C. Locklear ad Bradley M. Locklear. He is the son of Mrs. Gertrude Locklear and the late Marshall Locklear. Both Mr. Locklear's parents are retired teachers. His brother works as an insurance adjuster with Ford Company; He is a member of Berea Baptist Church and sings with the Adult Choir. Mr. Locklear graduated from PSU with a degree in Business Administration and UNC Chapel Hill Law School. He is a member of the Bar Association and District Court Judge Association. Earl H. Strickland Lumberton U8 Mr. Strickland is married to the former Peggy Lowry. They have two sons, Seth and Justin. He is the son of Willard and Lady Strickland of the Prospect community.
