PURPOSE
The purposes tor the organization are as follows: to promote honor and respect for Indian elders by their families and communities by recognizing the elders for
their family's hall participation in the electoral process of Robeson County in all primary and general elections and to encourage eligible Indian people and the public
at large without regard to race, creed, sex. or national origin to register and vote in all elections

Gary L. Locklear

Mr. Locklear is married to Molly
O. Locklear., They have two children,
Brooke C. Locklear ad Bradley
M. Locklear. He is the son of
Mrs. Gertrude Locklear and the late
Marshall Locklear. Both Mr.
Locklear's parents are retired teachers.
His brother works as an insurance
adjuster with Ford Company;
He is a member of Berea Baptist
Church and sings with the Adult
Choir. Mr. Locklear graduated from
PSU with a degree in Business
Administration and UNC Chapel
Hill Law School. He is a member of
the Bar Association and District
Court Judge Association. A former
Assistant DA with Robeson County,
he is a District Court Judge. He
taught at Southeastern community
College and Robeson Community

pleaded guilty to the murder. He is
