MAXTON-Mr. Grady C. Locklear. 61,
of 851 Harpers Ferry Road, died Monday
(Oct. 22) at Southeastern Regional
Medical Center in Lumberton.
The funeral was held at 4 p.m.
Thursday (Oct. 25) at Harpers Ferry
Baptist Church, the Revs. Horace
Oxendine and Glenn Harris officiating.
Burial followed in the Locklear Family
Cemetery.
Mr. Locklear was born jn Robeson
County on March 24. 1940 to the late
Elton Locklear and Madie Hunt. He
was a member of Harpers Ferry Baptist
Church and an employee of Revels
Funeral Home in Pembroke. He
was preceded in death by his wife.
Joyce M. Locklear; four brothers.
John Locklear. Boss Locklear. James
Hunt and Marshall Hunt; and a sister.
RubyClark.
Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer
"Sue" Oxendine of Maxton; two sons,
David E. Locklear ofClinton and Greg
Locklear of Pembroke; his fiancee.
Lorrie Bullard of Parkton; two sisters.

Locklear of Aberdeen; four brothers,

Regional Medical Center.

(Oct. 26) in the Fairgrove School
Auditorium in Fairmont, the Revs.
Terry Kevin Oxendine and James
Randolph Oxendine officiating. Burial
followed in Raynham Cemetery.
Ms. Blue was born in Robeson
County on Feb. 9, 1996. She was a
member of Raynham Assembly of
God and a kindergartner.
Surviving are her parents. Penny
County on March 19,1989. She was a
member of Raynham Assembly of
God and a seventh grade student at
Fairgrove School in Fairmont.
Surviving are her parents, Jerry and
Myrtice Blue McGee of the home; her
paternal grandparents, Bobby and
