PafTed November 15,, 17903 BE it enatfed by the general .aifembly of the ftate of North-Carolina, and it is hereby enafted by the autliority of ths fame, that from and after the pafling acr provididirg means for the payment of the domeilic deb';, for appripriatirig certain monies therein mentioned and to amend an att pafTed at the laft Affion cf the general affembly, entitled, ai acl for levying a tax for the fupbort of govern ment, and for the redemption of old pal per currency, continental monev, fpecieL and other certificates, be repealed, and made void : except fo far as it relates to the collection and reduaion of the tax for the year 1789.
