Miss Sneed, whose area of specialization is piano perfor mance, acquitted herself well in a short but taxing program which included a group of children’s pier-es by the South American composer, Villalobos, three works of Chopin, the well known variations of a Beetho ven theme by Paisiello and the first movement of the Bach Con certo in D minor. The young performer was perhaps at her best in the Beet hoven variations, where she de monstrated a commendable cla rity and precision of execution, portraying the contrasting moods of the several variations with genuine musicianship and remarkable in.sight. "Miss Sneed was given the lo yal support of the members of her church, who made up a large portion of the appreciative audience which heard her. She is a member of Mt. Gilead Bap tist church where she has con tinued her active membership during her college career. Dudley-Brown Nuptials Said In Petersburg PETERSBURG, Va.
