McDougald Terrace, died sudden
ly Wednesday morning at work

neral services were scheduled for
Saturday, April 18 at the Ml, Zoar
Baptist Church.
Wilkins was ijorn in Durham in
Jan. 22, 1922.
He is survived i)y his wife, Mrs.
Annie May Wilkins; seven chil

from Lincoln University, Pennsyl
vania, and the J. D. degree from
the University of Chicago Law

His bar membership includes
the U. S. District Court and the
U. S, Court of Appeals for the
District of Columbia, and tbe Su
preme Court of the United States.
He is married to the former
Miss Marjorie C. Holloman, They
have two children, 'Jason H. Par
ker 15, and Barrington D, Parker,
Jr., 14.
Parker served on the District of
r^tlumbia Commissioners’ Youth
Council during 19M-55.
He is at present on the Dis-
rict’s Committee on Employment
of the Physically Handicapped and
he Board of Appeals and Review.

cemetery in Northsicle.

She is survived by two daugh
