become an integral part of com

of values as one prepares fo» life’s
work,” she declared.
She held that the fraternal wom-
in must not only be “B” average
in the sorority, but “B” average
m community participation.
In view of the shrinking world
by communications, the accelerat-
cd pace of living because of auto
mation, and the explosion of the
population bomb within the next
decade, college women must seek
new ways of keeping up with the
rapid changes one: adopting frater
nal techniques to match the new
day, she continued.
Adding tremendous status to
the dignity of her presentation
ihe audience was prepared for this
through the knowledge of her
scholarly writings. As an author,
she has callcd America’s attention
