Moore, to attend a breakfast in honor of Founders' Award re cipients of the North Carolina Volunteer Heart Association at Durham, recently. i She was invited also to at tend the annual meeting lunch eon. scientific and general sessions and the reception and banquet for the past presi dents, which was held at the Jack Tar, Miss Lewis received an award of distinction for outstanding leadership. This was signifi cant because in 17 years, out of a membership of more than 100,000, only 700 such awards have been given, according to the records of the associa tion.
