St. Augustine's Receives Loan Of $433,000 Saint Augustine's College, Raleigh, has received from the Federal Government a check for $433,000 as a loan. This amount closes the cost of the one million and thirty three thousand dollar New Class room Building. The difference between the $433,000 and the cost of the building was provided by Saint Augustine's through gifts and grants from friends, foundations, churches, cor porations and the Federal Government. Last year a Title One grant of $325,000 was received from the Federal Government. Jfie college provided the differ ence. This loan cornel under Title Three of the Higher Education Facility Act of 1965. The loan will be amor tized over a 30 year period at three percent interest.
