NCCU law School Present Forum On PCR November 2nd The North Carolina Central University Law School's Law Day Committee presented a forum on Police and Com munity Relations November 2 at 3:00 p.m. in the student union. The forum was the first in a scries of presentations and discussions of vital issues affecting the Black community.
