"THE BATTLE FOR PEACE" Man was born in sin and shaped in iniquity. Chances are very strata that man will do evil before he does righteous. Evils were here on earth even before the birth of Jesus. These antagonistic forces remined here to test the purposes of Jesus ior tnray ana three years. Evils did not disappear because Jesus was born to be the Savior of the whole world but rather, they presented themselves in practically every walk of life. Now man may ask himself the question, can true peace be found in the midst of the battle for peace on this earth? Surely, one can find a desirable answer to this question by following after the precepts and concepts of Jesus. Further, man can sustain himself by fighting evils with a weapon that is different from these who rejected Jesus. As a follower of the way, one must use the weapon of Love. While the enemies of God are battling on earth with their basic weapon, which is hate, those on the Lord's side should continue in Love. The birth of Jesus introduces to the world a way whereby all men can be saved from wrath. By Jesus' coming into this world, He declares Himself to be the way, the truth and the life. If the idea is true, the first and most important battle for peace has already been won. The last enemy to be destroyed on the battle-ground for peace is death.
