This money represents 100 per cent grants hot requiring any local match. .Secretary Phillip J. Kirk, Jr., has allocated some of the funds and, in consultation with staff, is reviewing appli cations from a number of counties. The Secretary has ap proved $117,601 for United Cerebral Palsy to enable four of its centers to remain open and fully operative.
