BRUCE WINSTON Dr. Bruce Winston, a native of Earle, Arkansas, has joined the Division of Con tinuing Education at North Carolina State University as a Continuing Education Specia list. Winston will be responsi ble for planning, budgeting and implementing short courses for business, industry and the general public in his new position. The new specialist comes to NCSU from Shaw Univer sity where he was director of the evening school and edu cational counselor in the Cen ter for Alternative Programs of Education. He previously served as program and re search analyst in the Uni versity Without Walls pro gram at Shaw. Winston's experience also includes a three-year term as an intern in the office of the vice president for student affairs at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He earned a B.
