This award is made possible by Mrs. Hargraves' niece, Mrs. Madge H. Harry. Her purpose in giving the award is to inspire youth to render more Christian service. This year's recipients are: Clyde Moore, III, a graduate of North Carolina Central University and Clark A. Egerton, III, a graduating senior at Hillside High School.
