Council IV, Blue Ridge Region President Davetter Shepard held her first board meeting Saturday after noon in her home at 630 Edgehill Road. Theme for the year was stated and discussed. Various reports, duties and further responsibilities were heard, discussed, assigned and accepted. Plans for the coming year were read. Council IV Conference dates were announced. Turn-over files were distributed. Announcements were made. After the meeting adjourned, members enjoyed an attractive, well prepared buffet salad table. She took her master's degree in psychology at North Carolina Central Univer sity and is with the Cumberland County School System's Educationally Handicapped Program. The bridegroom is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. He has a degree in Engineering Science and is presently with the U.S. Air Force as a C-130 pilot at Pope Air Force Base. Harry Jones has announced that Mrs. Charlene B. Hill will be responsible for supervision of the occupancy and Section 8 rental programs. She has been employed with the Fayetteville City Schools as a youth program placement and guidance counselor. Also Miss Angela Nettles will be responsible for the occupancy super visor's post. She has been employed an an employment counselor with the Fayetteville Personnel Department. Arthur L.
