I JU. . , . , , - I LooKcd And I saw Build Us Up -Lei Us Down by Rev. Cvli. Stbna We live in a world that is cluttered with un , numbered promises through the channel of God and ' His fallen angel Satan. God has the divine right to ' make all the children of the earth promises. God as i our Father through our believing in Him can deliver on all matters of claim; He does bless us freely out of , His love for our obedience to His words. J. It should be made divinely clear here and to the, , ' world that all things belong to our Father.. Again,' God has the divine right of Himself, the Son and the . . Holy Ghost to make promises to us without error. It ,' is the purpose of the Father to build us up but never let us down in despair. It is a pleasure on the part of the Godhead to give us the things we needrJn other :; words, there is a divine three in one agreement ex clusive of any error. There can be no failure made by. the Godhead on past, present or future promises. It is my purpose to direct readers' attention to the real source of promises based on deliverance. .... Satan is the fallen angel of spirit who seeks to en tice the children of this world with promises likened unto those made by the Godhead. We can onlydiscern and shun the, false promises of Satan . after being possessed by, the divine Spirit of God. If the world belongs to God, it becomes clear that Satan is a liar. He never intends to build us up, but rather to let us down in despair. Further, Satan has ab solutely nothing of legal authority to give either sin-, ners or saints on a permanent basis. Satan gives his followers a false joy which lasts for a short time and suddenly becomes a "letdown." The road on which Satan intends to lead us appears to be smooth sailing with ease, but it is made rough on all who obey his commands. It is therefore the prime purpose of Satan to build us up, but let us down in despair.
