Fudge Brownies.'

slow down long enough to

five simple ingredients a
package of chocolate pud
ding and pie filling mix, a
half cup of melted butter or
margarine, an egg, a package
of Quaker Chocolate Chip
Cookie Mix and a half cup of
nuts (if desired). And they'll
love to lick the bowl!

Doable Fudge Browaks
I 4-oz. pkg. chocolate
pudding and pie filling
mix
Vi cup butter or
margarine, melted
1 egg
1 15-oz. pkg. Quaker
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Mix
. Vi cup chopped nuts
(optional)
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease
9-inch square baking pan. In
large bowl, combine pudding
mix and butter, add egg;
beat at medium speed on
electric mixer about 30
seconds or until smooth. Stir
in cookie mix and nuts, mix
ing with fork or spoon until
ingredients are Well blended
and dough is stiff. Press into
prepared pan. Bake for 22 to
25 minutes. Cool; cut into
bars. Makes one 9-inch
square pan?of brownies (9
servings).

Director of Commercial Pro
duction. Snipes was former
ly Director of Creative Ser
vices for WNCT-TV in
Greenville. He joins TV8 in
the capacity of
VideographerPhotographer
and Editor.
Born in Durham, Snipes
has five years experience in
television production and has
extensive experience in both
field direction and location
photography. He is married,
and has one child.
Also announced by
Stonestreet is the expansion
of the TV 8 Commercial Pro
duction Unit and promotion
of Gregory K. Simpson and
Michael A Joyce to Remote
Field Technicians. Both
