V Although man represents the Crowning achievement ' a? ri i .? i i oi uoa s crcauon, ne iaus to come ciose in reacning nis ' potentials on this earth. One reason for man's short fall is his persistent disobedience to our Father's divine will. If le a nfMetHr ivhwnn man muct tAllnnr k liuin hat.' tern of God if he is to secure constant blessings. " . Blessings are benefits which, all persons need fn various forms. Foodr shelter and clothing are some of our most common needs, which no man possesses wisdom jo provide for himself. ; Often, man fools himself into thinking that he is the sole source for these common needs, but he cannot justify his position regar ding this matter alone; An important question asked is, can a man secure blessings to satisfy nis own needs in the absence of. suffering? Perhaps the answer might be the result of man's obedience to the divine orders pf God and the idea of Knowing Somebody who knows Somebody. It is always better for man to suffer hard ships with assurances than to encounter greater suffer ings in the absence of securing his basic needs. Man desperately needs a true sense of direction found only ' through relying on a divine encounter with the Godhead. In other words, man needs to know somebody who knows somebody. God, through His compassion of love, made it possi ble that man might know Jesus who knew the true work ings of the Father. Jesus followed God through the act of obedience and could not lose the divine way on needs being, met. God did not free His Son Jesus from the burden of sufferings. Ipstead of God's removal of the bitter cup from the life of Jesus, an act of obedience tp keep pace with God was followed. fS i Hosea knew somebody who kndw somebody who recommended much, advice to his followers; Ye shall know, If we follow on to know .the Lordi" In order for man to follow the Lord, he must know the man whom he intends to follow. On matters which the Lord knows, He gladly imparts to as many as will follow. 5 He who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
