Morgan answered with a 79 yard drive of seven plays with Coulter hit ting Cornelius Johnson on a 43-yard scoring play. Your neighbors have simply caught foot ball fever and this com ing Saturday it will reach severe limits in the Triangle as Duke and Clemson square off in Durham and about the same time State and Carolina will be colliding in Raleigh. Both games could very well sell out (State and Carolina has been sold out for months), so there could very well be over 90,000 footballers within twenty minutes of each other. If that's not enough, the State Fair will be in full swing in Raleigh. So there may be an additional 100,000 festive people in the area of the Carolina-State shootout! In Durham, feelings .will be running high as undefeated, top ten ' ranked Clemson (5-0) ' takes on Duke's surging NORTH CAROLINA ! Clemson will definite ly have revenge in mind. , Last year Duke trampled the Tigers in South Carolina 34-17 to com pletely ruin Clemson's homecoming. This time, Duke will be celebrating Homecoming and several Tiger players ' have let it be known that they want to return the favor in Durham. The Blue Devils are playing with new-found confidence both on of fense and defense and Ben Bennett is back at QB, but Ron Sally is more than able to take charge again, if needed. Over in Raleigh, the very ground may tremble as top five-rated UNC (5-0) takes on bitter rival State (4-1) before what may very well be a Carter-Finley record crowd of well over 54,000. Carolina has won the last two from State and the Wolfpack is itching to put a dent in the Tar Heel express which has been riding high for over two years. This game, often call ed the "Brag Bowl", will be just as intense as any rivalry in the nation. It is not recommended for the weak of heart. The only complaint many area fans have is that both, of these con test's will be kicking off at virtually the same time. There arc thousands who, if given the opportunity, would attend both games if one was held at night. All persons planning to attend the games or the fair on Saturday are advised to leave home as early as possible to avoid a major traffic jam. HHS Tops Henderson Vance By B.
