NCCU's Graduate Counseling Department offers sup portive counseling and the Chamber of Com merce's Private . Sector Initiative Program aids in finding jobs for . rehabilitated offenders; Staff members of the Adult Probation Depart ment are also assisting, she said. "It may sound tough,'? Judge Galloway said, "but we are giving these offenders a simple choice: Go to school or go to jaili Of course they, prefer school.
