. A WDUR gospel music personality will be
honored Sunday during a special Appreciation ser
vice at St. Joseph's AME Church. The program
begins at 6 p.m. The church is located at 2512
Fayetteville Street.
Ms. Arwyn E. Hamlin Palmer has a regular Sun
day gospel program on WDUR, a station that plays
music targeted specifically at the local black com-
munity. , . '.
Friends and supporters say the appreciation pro-,
gram is designed just to say "thanks" for the splen
did work Ms. Palmer has done in playing and an
