TARHEEL STORYTELLING FESTIVAL May 14-16 at Holiday Inn-North, 3050 N. Cherry St., Winston-Salem. - Sponsored by the Tarheel Association of Storytellers, Inc., with the support of the W-S Arts Council and others. Activities scheduled include workshops on pup petry, religious storytelling, stories with music, children's stories, stories from around the world, and I stories for teens; a world myth and music concert featuring Laura Simms and Steve Gorn of New York i City; a banquet featuring Augusta Baker and David Holt; and mini-festivals throughout the city.
