Jesse Williams has been chosen outstanding health
director by his colleagues across the state. Williams
was honored this weekend in Raleigh during the an
nual conference of the North Carolina Association
of County Commissioners,
He is president of the North Carolina Association
of Health Directors, an organization affiliated with
