Like wise, we are more concerned about supplementing our diets , - wnen we are more aware qi our mortality, say in our 30 s or 40's, rather than in the more "immortal period of our preteena. But I feel it's important, especially with today's nutri tionally threadbare foods, to supplement our children's diets. Unfortunately there are not too many formulations 1 can recommend, as most con tain too much sugar, unsuit able vitamin dosages, high toxicity levels or a total absence of the latest scienti I tie discovery, trace elements.
