CLASSES The Edison Johnson Center will of

. ART AUCTION Art objects donated by friends
of the North Carolina Central University Museum of
Art. will be on public display at the museum in
Durham from 2 to 3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 19. The art
and decorative pieces will be sold at auction by the
Museum Service Group to expand the museum's pur

FOREIGN LANGUAGE CATALOG - The
North Carolina Foreign Language Center microfiche
card catalog is now available at Durham County
Library. Patrons wishing to borrow books in over 80
foreign languages can use this catalog to learn exactly
what books, records, and tapes the Foreign
Language Center has (as of April 30, 1982). The
reference staff at the Main Library can look up the
correct call number and title of any item(s) the patron
wishes to borrow and request them on "interlibrary
loan".
UPGRADED DISCHARGES According to

MINI-GRANTS NOW AVAILABLE TO
YOUTH GROUPS Are you a member of a
Durham youth group or an organization which is
planning an innovative youth program? Would a lit
tle money help? Funds are available to assist you.
The N.C. State Youth Council awards $6,500 per
year to local organizations proposing worthy pro
jects. Funds will be awarded three times this year in
September, November and January.
Applications are screened and awards are approv
ed at State Youth Council Board of Directors
meetings. Awards are reviewed by the state Youth
Advisory Council before they are granted.
