She has served as Editor since 1978. She is a double major graduate from Shaw University ' in Religious Education and Social Science. She holds a master's degree in education from New York University with honors. She has done further study at UNC-Chapel Hill, Ohio State University, and the University of Pennsylvania. She has served as director of the Youth Bible Camp: supervisor of the State Youth Department: assistant supervisor of the youth department of the Lott-Carey Convention; and secretary in the Business Office, Woman's Auxiliary of the Na- t tonal Baptist Convention, Inc. She has also served as president of the Orange County Teachers' Association; 4)urham Associa- lion of CLassroom Teachers, District Director and -President of the East Piedmont District of NCTA and editor of news bulletins of each organization. She is a member of First Calvary Baptist Church and president of the Senior Missioanry Circle. She is a life member of Womans Baptist Home & Foreign Missionary Convention, YWCA, NCAE, NEA.
