Toss lightly, mixing wed. Place in 3-qt. casserole; cover. Bake at 325F. about 1 hour. Or, lightly stuff dressing into body cavity and neck region of a 16- to 18-lb. turkey; roast according to standard roasting directions. Makes about 3-qt. dressing. VARIATION: Substitute 2 cups coarsely chopped apple and 1 cup raisins for mushrooms.
