The Miss Bull City Beauty Pageant begins a 6 p.m., at Durham's downtown civic center. According to Anthony Edwards, president of Bull City Productions, the non-profit organizaV tion that ' is sponsoring the pageant, the show, has several purposes. "One, of course, is to bring a different type of entertainment to Durham," Edwards said, "something that can be appreciated by young people, middle age people and others as well. The other reason is to give the young ladies a.' chance to display their talents and hopefully get some money to help with their education."
