On motion and carried, the Board votes to rescind its action taken at a previous meeting appropriating the sum of (1,000 toward employing a ivhole-time health oflM'r for the coun ty, and now declfcpB to cooperate. The clerk is instructed to request the committee, appointed to investi gate the killing of sheep of W. L. Mitchell, to return their report sent hack to them, and if the original re port cannot be located, to endeavor to duplicate same. The committee appointed to reas sess the property of W. E. Jenkins, in Murfreesbore reported to the Bo ard that an error was made in the val uation, and submitted as their report a corrected assessment, to-wit: "Th at the valuation on said property read on 82.22 acres clehred'land at $75.00 per acre, value $6166 and 11.21 ac res woods land at $20.00 per acre, value $224, making aggregate sum of $6390.00. This valuation for the pupose of taxation for. year 1920. The Board also orders that the valua tion on the above property shall be less SS and 1-3 for year 1921. J. C. Taylor made reoort on tfte site of courthouse at Como and pre sented deed for same, and he was discharged from the committee. The Board, upon motion and car ried, appointed E. W. Whitley com mittee to haye boat built for Hill's ferry at once. Upon motion and carried, it was ordered that the Board pay no more for sheep killed by dogs, than the said sheep are listed for taxation the previous year. It coming to the attention of the Board that W. J. On motion and carried the Board , orders that Henry Hurdle be cited to appear before the Board at its next meeting and show cause, if any, why he should not reimburse the county for $17.60 paid to R. A. Holloraan fer sheep killed by his dogs. The Board votes to appoint com-' mittee consisting of E. H. Sure and i. D. Beale to investigate the listing of tract of land (Overton) in WinJ ton township, belonging to Norman Hall and ascertain if claim made by Hall for destroyed buildings is correct The tax collector for St. Johns Township is authorised to make cor rection in Mrs. J. M. Forbes tax list and return as error and also to make refund to the amount of six dollars! to E. T.. and C. B. Vaughan error in: Mrnola school di^rict taxes.
