She was 69 years of age, and for fifty years had been a member of the Murfreesboro Second Baptist church, and until the latter years of her life was a regular attendant, and ever lo ved the church and alljwork pe taining to God's kingdom. As a wife she was most fai thful and as a mother most de voted. She left to mourn their loss a husband, and eleven chil dren, eight daughters and thre sons, besides a host of relativ es and friends. The funeral services were conducted at her home by Rev. Creacy, her former pastor, and the remains were laid to rest in the burial ground at the home. The pall bearers were her three sons, two son-in-laws, and two grandsons. "We loved her greatly, but the Angels loved her best, and took her from her suffering in to Eternal rest.
