The closing exercises of Frank lin- ville High School took place last Thursday, with public exercises by the pupils. In the forenoon there was a contest for the reciter's medal by the young ladies of the school. I his medal was awarded to .Miss Bertha Ellison. This was won by Lester Trogdon. Geo Martiudale won the medal for the greatest improvement during the term. This was the most successful year of the school.
