County Politics.
It is twelve months until the con
vention for the nomination of county
and legislative officers, yet there is
some little talk among democrats as
to who will bo the nominees. One
or two of the present county officials
are serving their first term, others
are serving second terms, while
others are servinr third terms.
The people in the primaries will
settle any and all differences tha
may arise, but as to who will aspire
to the nomination for the various
offices or to undertake to predict the
res tilt, it is too early to undertake to
forcast with any degree of certainty.

Clean Up.
Did it ever occur to you that weeds
and filth breed disease? Propel ty
owners should not wait for the au
thorities for the authorities move
slow, usually after somebody is dead
and public sentiments amove. And
then again piojierty owners know
full well when their premises need
attention, and the town authorities
have enough to do to look after other
matters, the mud holes in the streets,
if you please.
